Registration Instructions

To Register for classes and camps: 

1. visit our SHOP page to Reserve a space and Pay Tuition Online: https://bayareacreativekids.com/shop. For tuition deposits, please use the payment section below which allows you to enter an amount (50% non-refundable deposit required). When choosing this option, please indicate the program you are enrolling in, your child's name, school, teacher, and the tuition portion being paid in the "Notes" section.  Please see section 3 below for important information to complete your child's registration!
2. Reserve a space and Pay Tuition by Mail: If you prefer to pay by mail, please fill out the Reservation Form below (to reserve a space) and then send check or money order (payable to Jennifer Sundberg), to Bay Area Creative Kids, 467 Brentwood Dr, Benicia, CA with your completed Registration and Liability form (download available below). 
3. Registration and Liability Form: All families must download and return the completed Registration and Liability form (see below) by email or postal mail prior to the first day of class. Please note: this form must be completed and received prior to class for your child to participate.
